Eight ways to get the most out of your asado grill
Asado Cooking Styles
Flamery Asado Grills take your cooking to the next level. Lid up or down, V-grills or Chapa plates - our versatile setup and range of accessories let you cook whatever you fancy, exactly how you like it. From pizzas to steaks, smash burgers to kebabs, with Flamery, it’s one grill, no limits.

Grill
The first method that comes to mind when you think of a BBQ - classic grilling. Its what BBQs were made for. However, with Flamery this isn't a normal BBQing experience. Our Asado grills let you control temperature with height adjustable v-groove grills, drip trays and the firebox for a continuous supply of embers. The perfect set up for cooking your favourite steak, fish or vegetable dish.

Rotisserie
Rotisserie cooking on a Flamery is the ultimate set-it-and-spin-it flex. The fire does the flirting, the motor does the turning, and the fat does the self-basting, so you kick back while your chicken, lamb, or porchetta bronzes to perfection. No constant flipping, no drama - just a slow turn, big grin, and ridiculously juicy results.

Low & Slow
Follow the traditional Argentinian style; slow cooking over lower temperatures. Use the height adjustable grills to raise the meat higher above the heat, or simply close the lid, slide the drawer shut. Either way, relax with a drink while the grill works its magic. Check in occasionally to maintain the embers and let the heat do the rest, delivering perfectly slow-cooked pulled pork and tender, juicy joints.

Bake
Shut the lid and let the heat take over. Shift the embers to one side, turning the base of the Flamery Grill into a versatile cooking surface, perfect for pizzas, flatbreads, or sourdough. Or, simply add a pizza stone either on the grill base or the adjustable height frame for perfectly baked results every time.

Pan Cook
Take your pan-cooked dishes to the next level with the Flamery grill. Whether you're searing over high flames to intensify flavours or slow-cooking to infuse a hint of smokiness, it's ideal for so many meals and side dishes like curries, vegetables, or fish.

Griddle
The Chapa Plate accessory for Flamery Grills is crafted from 5mm stainless steel, these plates can reach impressively high temperatures, ensuring a perfect sear every time. Perfect for cooking up everything from smash burgers and veggies to a full English breakfast.

Kebab Skewers
All Flamery grills come with built-in notches on the grill frames, perfect for holding kebab skewers in place. Simply remove your v-groove grill or chapa plate to reveal this handy feature. Designed for easy quarter-turn rotation, this small but thoughtful addition offers even more versatility to your grilling experience.

Dirty Cook
Don’t let the name fool you— Using the right, high quality British Charcoal, or high quality hardwoods there’s no mess or dirt. Forget about pans, grids, or stones simply sear ingredients directly on white-hot coals.
Some of our favourite cook books
We love a good page-turner almost as much as a good sear. These are the titles we reach for when we’re planning a weekend cook, testing new ideas on the Asado, or firing up the Konro for skewers. We don’t stock these - just books we genuinely cook from and recommend.
