  • Flamery – A stylish D2C brand bringing the passion of open-fire cooking to life.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to become an integral part of our agile and creative team. This role offers rare exposure to both B2B and D2C environments, providing a well-rounded platform for professional growth across marketing disciplines.

What You’ll Be Doing

Rack Systems (B2B Focus)
  • Lead the creation and deployment of targeted email marketing campaigns using our bespoke CRM system, driving engagement with new product launches and client communications.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Development teams to ensure coherent and strategic messaging across campaigns.
  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn and Facebook presence, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform and refine future activity.
Shelved & Flamery (D2C Focus)
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and refine brand strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and elevate our brand presence.
  • Performance Marketing: Execute and optimise paid and organic campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring ROI and brand alignment.
  • Email Marketing with Klaviyo: Create segmented campaigns, automated flows, and newsletter content to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Content Creation & Campaign planning.
    • Support content planning and calendar execution across platforms.
    • Assist with creative production including photoshoot coordination and asset management.
    • Participate in product launch activations, influencer outreach, and experiential events.
    • Write SEO-optimised blogs, and enhance product and collection page content for on-site visibility.
  • Operational & Customer Support.
    • Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy across email and live chat platforms.
    • Provide guidance to customers using our 3D configurator tool for Shelved products.
    • Assist in order fulfilment logistics, including delivery coordination and post-sale support. 

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Attributes

  • 1–2 years experience in a marketing, content, or customer-focused role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, especially social media and email.
  • Confident using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Klaviyo for performance campaigns.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable switching between brands, audiences, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Desirable Extras

  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience planning events or coordinating content shoots.
  • Passion for interiors, home design, or food/lifestyle branding.
