How are Flamery grills delivered?
All grills are delivered securely packaged in our Flamery packaging crates, completely free of charge*. Our crates ensure your grill reaches you in pristine condition - but please be aware, they are VERY HEAVY!
Delivered to your kerbside or driveway, each grill should be unpackaged carefully, as items may move in transit. We recommend unboxing your grill from its delivery location, moving the parts to their desired location piece by piece.
See whats inside a typical Flamery delivery crate below.
Failed deliveries are subject to re-delivery fees determined at the point of arrangement.
*some exclusions apply.
What's in the crate?
The packaging of your grill has been designed to protect it during transport and to make the un-boxing of you grill a straight forward process. The crate is designed to be taken apart in an order that will present the parts as you need them. If ordering a trolley, this will be the first element you assemble, and will be packed at the top of your crate.
Moving your Flamery Asado Grill should always be done with the help of another person. All parts should be moved to the installation location, piece by piece, and assembled in situ to prevent unnecessary lifting. This way we protect your perfectly manicured lawn and don't leave you with a 150kg BBQ to drag across your gravel driveway!
Inside your assembly guide will be a detailed breakdown of the contents of your crate, along with specific instructions to assemble your chosen grill.
Delivery Rates
We try, wherever possible, to pass on as many savings to our customers as we can. That's why our standard delivery is free of charge for the UK mainland, unfortunately there does have to be the odd exception. Deliveries to the Highlands are subject to a delivery surcharge of £45.
This affects all addresses with the following postcodes: PA, PH, DD, AB, IV & KW.
Additional services such as AM and Saturday deliveries are available to UK Mainland orders, the rates for which can be found in the checkout.
Before Assembly
Before you start assembling your Asado grill, ensure the space for your BBQ is ready, clear of clutter and is a suitable home for your Grill. More information on the assembly process, along with safety information, can be found on the link below.
