Preparation time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 3–4 tbsp Farmison & Co. Korean Glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for grilling)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag.
  3. Pour 3–4 tablespoons of the Farmison & Co. Korean Glaze over the wings, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a deeper flavour.
  4. Preheat your Flamery grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Grill the wings for 10–12 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and slightly charred, and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  6. During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the wings with an extra layer of Farmison & Co. Korean Glaze for a sticky, caramelized finish.
  7. Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a serving platter.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.

These Korean-glazed chicken wings are all about bold, sweet, and sticky flavours, perfect for grilling over fire. Start by marinating the wings in a rich Korean glaze for that deep, tangy flavour, then grill them until crispy. Brush them with more glaze in the final minutes for that caramelized finish. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions to bring it all together. Serve the wings with kimchi, pickled vegetables, or a light slaw for a full Korean-inspired meal.
